At Limitless 369 Amino LLC, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are subject to the terms outlined below.
Products offered by Limitless 369 Amino are sold for laboratory and research purposes only. Because product integrity and chain of custody cannot be verified once an item leaves our facility, we generally do not accept returns of opened products.
Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
- A return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
- Proof of purchase is required.
- Return authorization must be obtained before sending any product back.
Unauthorized returns may be refused.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened products
- Used products
- Products with damaged or broken seals
- Clearance or promotional items
- Gift cards
- Digital products or downloadable content
- Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Photographs of the product and packaging
Upon verification, we may offer:
- Replacement product
- Store credit
- Refund at our discretion
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Once approved, refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days, although processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:

If you still have not received your refund after completing these steps, please contact us.
Exchanges
We only replace products that are:
- Damaged during shipping
- Defective upon arrival
- Incorrectly shipped
Requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return results from our error.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns. Limitless 369 Amino LLC is not responsible for returned packages lost during transit.
